These terms govern your use of geomint.shop (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What Geomint is

Geomint is a tool that audits how often a Shopify store appears in answers from AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. We pull your public catalog, generate shopping queries, probe AI providers, and return a visibility report.

Free during beta

While we're in beta, the audit is free with reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse. We'll announce paid plans before charging anyone — and only with explicit opt-in.

Acceptable use

  • You may run audits on stores you own or have permission to audit.
  • Don't use the Service to scrape competitor data en masse beyond standard audit usage.
  • Don't reverse-engineer the API or attempt to bypass rate limits.
  • Don't submit unlawful, malicious, or misleading content.

What we don't guarantee

AI providers change their behavior frequently. The recommendations our audit produces are based on what we can observe today and may not reflect what works tomorrow. Geomint is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible for business decisions made based on audit output.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees during beta. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

  • Geomint owns the Service, brand, and codebase.
  • You own your audit results — use them however you want.
  • Don't copy our brand or claim affiliation with us.

Termination

We may suspend access for clear violations of these terms (typically with a heads-up first). You can stop using the Service anytime — there's nothing to cancel during beta.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Geomint is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We'll update the date above when these terms change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
